Ready posture

1: Keep the feet together, with arms hanging by the side of the body. Stand up straight, and look straight ahead.
2: Relax the waist and move the hips downward, shift the weight to the right leg. The left foot steps to the left, shoulder-width apart with the toes facing forward, and the gaze forward.
3: Rotate two arms internally, raise two palms to about the same height as the hips with palms facing backwards and the eyes staring straight ahead.
4: Bend the knees slightly, and at the same time, externally rotate
the two arms, and hold the arms in front of the abdomen in a circular arc at the umbilicus height with palms facing inward. The space between the two palms should be about 10 cm. Keep the gaze looking forward.
